Every BYLO piece begins with intention and ends with careful craftsmanship. I work with two trusted manufacturers, one dedicated exclusively to rings and the other to hand chains, allowing each category to be made with the focus and expertise it deserves.
All materials are personally selected by me. From chains and clasps to stones and settings, every component is chosen with longevity, balance, and design in mind. Nothing is random, and nothing is rushed.
Each design starts as a sketch on my iPad. Once a concept feels right, it is sent into production to be transformed into a three dimensional CAD rendering. This stage is collaborative and detailed. Adjustments are made to proportions, stone placement, band width, and overall structure until the design feels exactly as it should. This back and forth typically takes around two weeks.
Once the design is finalized, samples are created. This stage usually takes an additional two weeks, though the full development process can take anywhere from six to eight weeks depending on stone sizing, availability, setting refinements, and overall complexity.
For rings, once a sample is approved, production begins. The rings are cast into molds, stones are hand set, and each piece is carefully hand polished. Finished rings are then sent to me for inspection before being prepared to ship to their new home.
Hand chains follow a different process. Each one is made entirely by hand, piece by piece. From the chains and clasps to the bezels and settings, every component is assembled individually. No two are rushed, and no steps are automated. Each hand chain is created one at a time, ensuring that every piece carries the attention it deserves.
From concept to completion, this process is slow, intentional, and deeply hands on. It is important to me that each piece not only looks beautiful, but feels considered, well made, and meant to last.
