Shipping & Returns

Each BYLO piece is made to order and cast by hand through a trusted artisan in the US, then sent to me for final inspection and packaging. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production. Once I receive your piece, I ship it out immediately and provide tracking.

Because of the custom nature of these designs, all BYLO pieces are final sale, including both Made-to-Order creations and Sourced Vintage finds. Sourced Vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind treasures that may have natural wear, minor scratches, or other small imperfections that only add to their story. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your BYLO piece arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email lauren@itsbylo.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a written description of the issue, and clear photos. Please keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
